Overview

Core Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Member Services Officer to support our members and contribute to the efficient operation of our offices. This role is ideal for someone who values community‑focused service, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering accurate and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional and helpful service to members across all interactions

  • Support members with account queries, transactions and loan application processes

  • Process financial transactions accurately and maintain thorough, up‑to‑date records

  • Manage a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily branch operations

  • Contribute to community service and volunteer initiatives sponsored by the credit union

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within a financial institution

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work well within a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
